Processing time:

Items are made to order. To ensure that the ink is cured and dry items will ship in 2-5  business days. Wholesale orders may take up to 5-10 business days depending on the size of the order.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

R E T U R N S  &  R E F U N D S 

We gladly accept returns and exchanges!

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or your item arrives damaged, please contact us with a request for return within 10 business days of package delivery.

Let us know why you're unhappy. Tell us your name, e-mail, order number, original form of payment, and if you prefer store credit or a refund to the original form of payment. We will then provide you with a return shipping address label. Please securely attach the label to the outside of your package.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping cost at checkout will be refunded.

Items must be postmarked within 10 days of the initial return request (up to 20 days after delivery).

Products must be new or in unused condition, with all of the original product inserts and accessories. We inspect all returned items. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.

Once your return shipment is received and inspected,  refund (including any tax paid on the item) will be issued back to your original form of payment or in the form of store credit within 10-15 business days.

If you paid with a gift card the funds will be issued as store credit.

Items not eligible for return:

  • Custom orders

  • Sale items

We do not accept order cancellations. Please contact us if you have any problems or would like to modify your order.

We will happily edit your order or issue a refund for items that have not yet been shipped. The refund does not include the cost of shipping paid at checkout.
